WPS Customer Care Center

The WorkPlace Solutions Customer Care Center is staffed with licensed Benefit Specialists ready to assist employees in both enrollment and customer service.

Employees have access to our Customer Care Center during and outside the open enrollment period. Our Benefit Specialists are ready to answer benefit questions and assist employees in navigating the enrollment system. Newly hired employees, who become eligible to enroll in benefits, and employees who experience life event changes can call our center throughout the year for assistance.

Our Benefit Specialists receive on-going training and are fully knowledgeable about the benefits being offered at each of our client locations.

Outside of the open enrollment period, employees can call the WorkPlace Solutions Customer Care Center for any of the following reasons:

  • To ask questions about the benefits they currently have.

  • For assistance in changing beneficiary or address information.

  • For assistance in filing a claim.

  • To ask questions on coverage levels of in-force policies.

  • To receive assistance for "Where do I?" questions.
